Terms of Service

The service

Duevance is a tool to track unpaid invoices and prepare payment reminders. It does not send messages, provide legal or collections services, or guarantee that any invoice will be paid.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in email secure and provide accurate information.
• Only enter data you are allowed to store and use it to contact people lawfully.
• Review every reminder before you send it. You are responsible for what you send.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes up to 10 active invoices. Pro is a paid monthly subscription billed by Razorpay and renewing until cancelled. You can cancel in Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with advance notice.

Fair use

Unlimited invoices on Pro are subject to reasonable use. We may limit usage that harms the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, unpaid invoices, or messages you send.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
